I totally disagree; while it could use a few very minor touch ups, I think it looks great. It looks better than anything I have seen anyone else come up with involving Richter with long hair.

The sword is a sidearm. Richter has it in RoB and DXC but didn't use it at all.
That is correct. Richter's primary is the whip. We chose to display the sword because it's something very new, but it is just a side-weapon.
