I would get a gaming PC for it, but I dont have much money, and I prefer console gaming, and anyways in the FAQ, they are considering console ports after full PC optimization (and they definitely have a more competent dev team than H1Z1's.  Better optimization, better graphics, greater UI, more mature design, more depth, more selection, and more) Releasing on PC in about 6 months and there is a closed beta version being played

and before you say battle royale genre is not mainstream, KOTK has over 90,000 active players to date, and the genre is still very young, demanded, amazing pick up and play game design, and more total play hours accumulated than high budget $60 games.  over 2 years and H1Z1 battle royale is still strongly active

They really gotta bring this to PS4.  My friends are obsessed with ARK SE on PS4 (I would like to play it more often, but I'm so busy with a lot of games, and Atelier Firis is in two days, and FFXIV 3.5 part 2 in a few weeks, well maybe I'll set aside more time for ARK SE, I already beat Disgaea 5, but I was doing a new playthrough with a different style, that maybe I'll save ARK SE for the following weekend.  or maybe I should just shelve Disgaea 5 and relax.  See, that's the thing about rpgs/srpgs, they are so grindy that it takes a long time to get to the fun stuff, whereas games like ARK SE are much more engaging, evolving, unpredictable, and rewarding every step of the way there,

 but H1Z1 KOTK and Playerknown's Battlegrounds genre is even greater than ARK in unique ways, especially without the grind factor, but yea they are very different types of genres, though I can tell I would play KOTK and Battlegrounds more often than other console games.  battle royale style the way they do it really has yet to be experienced on consoles, its still a very fresh concept in gaming that was previously only seen in games like Battle Royale and the hunger games.  Yes there are wrestling games with battle royale, and shooters with a battle royale mode, but they aren't in the immersive survival league of genuine "battle royale" class games, which there are very few of, and the only other games besides Battlegrounds that is doing "battle royale" close to the ideal authentic battle royale survival experience, is H1Z1 KOTK, and ARK Survival of the Fittest, which Studio Wildcard I think set aside, but right now H1Z1 KOTK is the only standard battle royale game, and Playerunknown's BATTLEGROUNDS is already surpassing it  )
