That has been said as negative. So no Castlevania on this year's TGS.

It'll most likely be revealed at Konami's Game Conference  in Spring. That's been one of the questions in a lot of recent interviews with Iga, and they all seem to reference the conference as it's first show to the public.

I expect news in January. Both CoD and DoS were announced in January of 2005, so it wouldn't surprise me if they just do it again.
