 Dragon Ball and Naruto games are ongoing, though Sailor Moon deserves AAA quality videogames on PS4 too. 

Naoko Takeuchi is a genius and she created the most iconic magical girl series on the planet.

a new Sailor Moon videogames could become mainstream popular in the right hands (or at least prosperous for an ongoing PS4 game series)

I think CC2 would be great for Sailor Moon game series, they are known for deep story campaigns, incredible models and animations,
user friendly and intense battle systems, cutscenes, unlockables, versus, online, large rosters, and more.

 if they channeled the passion for Naruto games towards Sailor Moon game series, the quality would be outstanding.   

and PS4 would be greatest platform, which is dominating the modern markets

I wouldn't mind seeing a high quality Sailor Moon game for the PS4, or Vita for that matter. The best SM game I have on my PC at the moment is the Arcade title.

yea the arcade title is great. though strange they didn't take advantage of making it 5 players co op, just like how Xmen arcade supports 6 players co-op for some cabinets .  Sure it's pricey, but it would actually draw more attention and money the more players it supports. 

there is a fan made Sailor Moon PC game that modified the SNES beat em ups and added a 4 players co op mode to it.  pretty cool.

One thing I found out about the Arcade title is all the leftover and unused material within the game itself that was never implemented. The Sailor Soldiers had their own unique powers as well as in-game messages and so-on. I guess they ran out of production money or time by the end of it.

yea that is really messed up, if companies really cared they could fund all that and more too.

I think Koei really should start a Sailor Moon Warriors series, they are the more likely to do it right and with great production values and stuff, plus more likelyhood to add all the sagas, even if it takes a 2nd game to do so like they did with Fist of the North Star Ken's Rage 2, people can criticize its easy a.i. but it is the most in depth story campaign of that series in the whole industry overall.

Koei could really do very epic Sailor Moon campaign, add co-op features from their experience with DQH2 and more.
