 I think the new Job tease is hinting Samurai since one of the directors full name sounds like Samurai.   Red Mage is dps, so makes even more sense for Samurai to be tank, maybe the rumors are true.

haha, there's plenty of time for even newcomers and returners to catch up without resorting to jump potions.  the expansion is in like 6 months.  3.5 is next month. I don't think I'll sub all the way to June.  after 3.5 part 2, I'll be playing Atelier Firis and maybe Nier Automata, then I can resub closer to Stormblood.   I'm pretty much at the peak of progression, and now don't want to overgrind since I played from scratch across multiple worlds and as different races and Job specializations, so Im gonna take it easy.  even if they don't add Samurai, Red Mage looks supremely awesome.

whoa Samurai is DPS! well it's win/win.  oh well about queue times, Samurai either tank or dps is a great thing.  so DPS is gonna make even more excited.

Can't wait for Stormblood. Heavensward was so good, I can't wait to see what they have next in store for us - well, aside from the aforementioned Samurai, Red Mage and new Barbarian Tribes and Gods, naturally.

 I don't think it spoils too much, even Heavensward's opening can be misleading in some story element.
though during cutscenes, I look away and just enjoy the music and voiceovers

definitely the most motivational and epic FF trailer ever created!!   My donuts, it got me teary eyed!!!!  xD   The most beautiful anthem EVER!! 

So ultimate extremely hyper hyped!!  xD   Already got everything prepared for Stormblood! I even have 2 backups that are up to date with story and gear.  two medium population, and one highest population, so at least one of those can be easy to log in day 1 early access this friday and stuff!!  I logged in less visited zones, so that might help with day 1 early access logging in.   

 the ultimate, most immersive, most social and most freedom filled Final Fantasy ever is getting greater!!  FFXI was my previous favorite Final Fantasy, and even just barely getting its 2nd expansion, FFXIV really is raising the standards and delivering priceless experiences in amazing ways!!

I beat the Stormblod story, and its the greatest story in the whole franchise!! especially when factoring in ARR and HW arcs enhancing the events, developments and journey through that point even further!!

Stormblood is flippin AWESOME, it enhances the world and everything! and both Red Mage and Samurai are incredible,
though I really like Red Mage's advantages and being able to cure and raise have saved certain parties!!
