Which Castlevania games do you have yet to defeat?

For me, it's mostly spin-off stuff like Vampire Killer MSX, Haunted Castle, etc. As far as main entries go, I never actually completed Super Castlevania 4 as I burned out after a super long string of late-game failures. Also have not yet beaten Castlevania X6800 (I did beat Chronicles on easy though. ONCE.). I've beaten Bloodlines, but only with cheats, and some day I plan to kick its ass legit. Oh, and Legends. I never actually finished Legends.

What about you guys?

How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.

Vampire Killer MSX

This. I've yet to beat this game. It's the only one that remains undefeated by me. I'm not counting the LoS games as they aren't CV in my book. So it's just Vampire Killer MSX that needs to be taken down.

Let's see... I have to beat Vampire Killer MSX, Haunted Castle, all the Game Boy Castlevanias, Dracula X SNES, Legacy of Darkness, Curse of Darkness, any Metroidvania not named SoTN or Order of Ecclesia, Kid Dracula (both version), Harmony of Despair, Castlevania II, Mirror of Fate (not gonna do it anytime soon) and LoS2 (not gonna do it anytime soon).  It's gonna take a while prolly.

I still have to finish the last stage of Rondo with Richter, last stage of AR and LOS2. The rest like Vampire Killer, Kid Dracula and the more obscure titles like the old GB ones, I'm not going to bother with.

I need to beat lots of Castlevania games but most of them are classic-vanias and I am bad at them :)

Castlevania
Castlevania III Dracula's Curse
Castlevania 64
Castlevania Legends
Castlevania Belmont's Revenge
Castlevania The Adventure
Castlevania Legacy of Darkness
Castlevania Lament of Innocence
Castlevania Curse of Darkness
Castlevania Judgement
"Castlevania" Haunted Castle
Castlevania Rondo of Blood
Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles
Castlevania Vampires Kiss / Dracula X
Super Castlevania 4
Castlevania Bloodlines
Castlevania The Lecarde Chronicles (Not Konami but it SHOULD BE!!!)

I have played ALL of the above but never beaten them!!! I prefer the metroidvanias more :) Pfffff need to sit and play more Curse of Darkness, Lament of Innocence (Need to get my PS2 emulator and controller) and need to practice more on Lecarde Chronicles.

SNES Dracula X - I don't even own it...I haven't seen it sell for a decent price, ever. Rondo is good enough for me.
Vampire Killer - I once load/save-stated my way through it, but never beat it fair and square. I don't think I have the patience for it, either.
Kid Dracula - I want to come back to it eventually, but I remember being kind of turned off from it when I first played. It just seems really slow.
It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but instead it's Who Wants Fried Chicken? I do.

You can get second hand Dracula X's with the cart alone for a decent amount. Just search ebay.

Haven't beaten the ones for N64 just due to them being unplayable garbage, and MoF remains unbeaten because I just can't bring myself to finish it.

Just looked to see what kind of prices they were selling for, and the cheapest one I could find was cart only $115 (not counting reproduction carts or sellers from China).

I think the lowest price I've seen it at is $70 for cart only, and that was at a regional chain that prices pretty fairly (Vintage Stock). I had to pass when I saw it though, since I'm not overly fond of the game, and I was still hoping for a boxed copy (before I realized how batshit insanely high they are priced at).

There are carts where they've replaced certain components I've seen for cheaper, but they're not in original condition.

As much as I love the game I wouldn't ever pay ebay prices for it.

If you have A PSVita you can download it. I did that even though I have it on PSP already.

I've yet to beat:

Vampire Killer (MSX)
Bloodlines - Probably never will beat this one legitimately because the limited continue/save system is more frustrating than fun for me.
Adventure
Adventure ReBirth - No Wii
Judgement
Haunted Castle
Curse of Darkness - I was playing it when a family tragedy struck years ago and I stopped. Haven't been able to pick it up again and finish it since.
Order of Ecclesia - I needed to give away my DS as a birthday gift before I got to play through this one. Just need to get a new DS sometime. What I did play of it before though was 1. Good & 2. kicked by butt  ;D

Also the LoS games, the Pachislot "games", the ancient mobile phone game and that one rail shooter-with-a-whip arcade game. Most of which I probably won't even ever see in person.
