Main problem IMO is the lack of Fei Long, Cammy, T.Hawk and Dee Jay. Also I prefer characters' portrait art from Super Street Fighter 2 - The New Challengers.

The whole point of HF were the options and the craziness of the game and the fact you can play the original Championship Edition. Yes there are missing characters, but Super is slower with less options than HF and is now missing characters since the release of SSFIIT. (And now, 3 missing characters with USFII)

In essence there's no point having SF of any kind on the console because SFII games are common and anything is obsolete. However I maintain that in the west, HF was more iconic than Super, seeing as better consoles came out with Super Turbo 20 years ago.
