Among the many minions of Dracula is Death. Death in my opinion is the hardest boss in the entire game.
Dracula is even easier than Death. The main thing you should realize is that if you don't have the cross weapon, you are pretty much dead. If you have a whip and actually beat Death with it, I am happy for you as I have done it also, only once however. One of the things that makes Death so hard is the place where you fight him, there is too much jumping involved on this map so it's hard dogding his scythes as well as jumping around, so you are basically cornered. If you have the whip, just try avoiding his scythes and keep on hitting him when you have the chance. If you have the cross weapon, you should always try throwing it, it should knock 2-4 points off most of the time if you are lucky. And if you get a double shot item it's an easier battle too. Just make sure that you are not in the way of death and his scythes or he will end up owning you.Easy way to kill death, submitted by john@oinsuidet.com Make it there with the Holy water and you should have the double or triple threat by the time you make it there. As soon as you enter the room and the screen "stops" go to the farthest right block on the center platform(the one closest to the ground) On this block start jumping straight up and tossing the holy water to where the reaper will appear. If you do this right and start tossing it before he appears, he will not move from this spot and die a quick death. Try it...It works! |
