The Medusa head is a fairly easy boss. The only thing that you should remember is to bring Holy Water to the fight if you want a quick fight. If not, just resort to your whip. The Medusa head has two real attacks. One is where it just gets in your way and hurts you by bumping into you. That attack is pretty hard to avoid, but try jumping over it so you won't get hurt. The other attack the Medusa head has is the Snake. The Medusa head lets go a snake and it goes in your direction. Just hit it with your whip before it gets to you and you should do fine against that attack. Now if you have the holy water on you, just get ready and throw it at the medusa head. After you throw it once the Medusa head freezes for one second. After that just keep on throwing holy water at it and it will die quickly. This boss is probably the easiest in the game if you like to play cheap.
