Does anyone know where I can get sound effects from Dracula X Chronicles or SOTN?... Even Rondo?

You may be able to rip sound effects from the SotN disc.
Not sure about DraculaX Chronicles.
With Rondo, you can play the game in Magic Engine (emulator) and disable the CD Audio and some of the channels, and you'd be able to record the sound effect for the enemies, the whip, etc.
