The first time that I listen Bloodlines from Dracula X (SNES, of course), I don´t recognize at a CV tune, because of the instruments used. But, later in my playing, I simply get catched to the theme. I really love that intro (again, in the SNES version).

But, other of my favorite intro theme, is Abandoned Castle from Curse of Darkness. I really like that one :D.
