Vedora-Kingdom's Leon sprites.

Looks VERY nice.

@Jorge

Your CV2 Simon looks great so far, can't wait to see his whipping animation.

Can't wait to see a full sheet for Simon. I wish I were that good, but meh. I'll get there eventually.

Here are some random sprites I made a while back. (Warning, a lot of sprites)

So, comments? (:

I guess I'll post my very brief edit of Richter, too:

This was going to appear in my homebrew Castlevania, when Richter gives Maria a brief tutorial. Later he would appear with the SotN outfit, just to tell you "hey, you-know-what is gonna happen now!".

Whoa, that is a really nice outfit. :o Is it based on his DXC outfit or is it just a whole new design?

And I dunno why, but your homebrew sounds rather interesting, despite the vague description you gave.

Huh. No wonder a lot of them are pretty darn good. I like Camus's Nathan. The quality of it is actually better than Cyberdragon10k's. Of course, a few of the banner sprites though look a little odd.

Sonia's legs look a bit misshapen.
Grant's pose looks pretty uncomfortable.
Cornell's upper body looks misproportionate to his lower body.
Reinhardt just looks... odd.

That's all I really think look odd. Other sprites, such as Gabriel and Desmond look really cool. And then Aeon looks amazing. :D You ever think about doing full sprite sheets of them one day?

Many of those sprites were made ages ago, so they're not as good as sprites I make these days.  Grant is in the middle of a walk animation though.
I have some extra sprites of Aeon, actually.  I may put 'em up at one point when there are enough for something worthwhile.

Also, you mentioned you used my sprites as a base.  I'm totally cool with that (people tend to do that, it's fine), just drop me a credit on your sheet somewhere for the starter base sprite.

Cool. And yeah, I noticed that those sprites weren't as good as some of the stuff you posted up. Plus, I saved them ages ago, so whatever.

Well, I didn't exactly base it on your sprite. Rather I only took the palette. Everything else I just sprited over Richter. Well, if its okay with you, then cool. I'll put a little cred to you in the full sheet.

Here's a sprite of Trevor in his CoD outfit. Made by me of course. (:

I have a pet peeve with people using Richter as a base sprite... for two reasons:
1. It's usually very obvious that Richter was used.
2. I haaaaaaaaaaate Richter Belmont.  I think he's overhyped/overrated.
If people must use that type of Belmont, they should use Fake Trevor and figure out how to do stair animations like how Thaddeus did it.

No I'm just saying a pet peeve in general.  I wasn't referring specifically to what you were doing. :)
Also, your attachment didn't show up at first.
And I saw the sentence "everything else I sprited over Richter" so I mentioned what I did.

Oh. lol.
Well, I originally posted the sprite on Serio's board, and then attempted to hotlink it from there. But for some unknown reason hotlinks to his board send you to a porn website (lolwut?), so I just added the attachment from my computer instead.

I'll admit Richter edits are getting pretty old, but hey, he's the easiest one to work with. Of course, I have tons of other projects that don't involve Richter, such as my DXC and SotN young Marias. Then there's also my CV3 Alucard. I'm also attempting to redesign Simon. I imagined this Ayami-style outfit for him in my head and I want to make it. (:

Oh I know why that is.

Serio used to post here long ago, but his constant misbehaving conduct caused him to be banned.  It seems he's held a grudge against the forum ever since, though I hear tell other boards have had other problems with him that were worse.  This is why anything hotlinked from his forum/site to here (specifically to here, I think) doesn't quite work out as expected.

I used to do the character portraits for his game, too.  I did the Kid Dracula spritesheet and helped in giving CV4 Simon Belmont a roll, a dodge, and superjump attack.

Just so that you know.

I don't think that its this forum specifically blocking his site though. It happened when I posted links to friends through Facebook and all those other jolly places.

Yeah, I knew about the portraits. Didn't know about Simon, though. He said something about Sypha once, too, but I didn't really read the post. I wasn't even a member of his team at the time either.

And about the portraits, I quite liked a lot of them. Albus was an example of one that was really well done.

Whoa, that is a really nice outfit. :o Is it based on his DXC outfit or is it just a whole new design?
It's the DXC outfit, but the idea is to give him only a few frames to make him into a decent NPC. And I'm honestly tempted to use Ralph's Fake as a base, just because Richter's sprite is almost 20 year old and seeing all those edits of him causes my eyes to bleed.

It's especially interesting because of him:

Yeah, or maybe try spriting out a new standing pose for him at least. It'd be weird for an NPC giving a tutorial to be standing in a battle pose, unless you have to attack him or something.

Kid Dracula... Nice... :D

I took a look at your page, by the way. I can help with some of the stuff you're looking for in the Help Wanted section. Mostly the Pixel Art and Voice Actors thing.

Oh alright then.  I guess it's just a hotlinking stopper in general.  I was mistaken.

Oh, and here's the Kid Dracula I made, since I see a Kid Dracula up there too:

Plus some PocketFigher-esque transformations I made for one of his moves:
