PS Vita TV – DXC on a TV?

So I just heard about this PS Vita TV thingymabobber. Haven't read much on it, but it sounds like it supports PSP games, just not UMDs. Could there be a possibility for Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles to be supported by the device and possibly upscaled for proper HDTV viewing?

Shame there's no UMD slot because I really think this sumbitch should be able to do such, unless there's a way of transferring one's UMD games to a digital download on the device. And if there are any Vita games worth playing (I haven't looked into the system), this would be the right way of playing them for me, 'cos no way do I want a Vita—I never even play my PSP.
Oh yeah, and also:
meat

Soda as well.

the only one possibly two that come to mind are persona 4 golden and soul sacrifice. I'm never going to get a vita unless I can find a p4a se which I did but no money so  :'( I love Naoto and Chie

The only issue I see with this little box is that this first version won't have support for the vita touchpad. Seems like something they should definitely include later on. Anyway, does this thing actually upscale? That would be pretty cool. I'd get one just so I can have a better way of playing PSP games on my tv. There's not much of interest in the vita library for my, but whatever.

HOW?

Dualshock 4 will be supported, btw.

And it comes with a "touch mode", that emulates the touchscreen (only). Only useful for menus, really.

Vita has some awesome games and is well worth it. Killzone mercenary just came out and is AMAZING. There is also Assassins Creed liberation, Uncharted Golden Abyss, GuacaMele, DOA5+, Unit 13 and many more games that make it worth it. As well as te functionality with the PS4. The vita is well, we'll worth it. Especially considering you can get one for an average of $140 on Craigslist.

I also love playing Rondo and SOTN on my vita.

This was my first thought when I heard the announcement. The moment is comes out on the US, I'm getting one to play DxC, Ultimate Ghost N' Ghoblins, and the Ys PSP games.

Wow, that actually looks pretty sweet.  But I like the PSP and Sega Nomad idea better:  a fully portable handheld that can plug into your TV to become a console.  In the Nomad's case, you can even plug a second controller into it for 2-player TV gaming.  It's sad - the concept is at least 18 years old, yet it still hasn't become a standard feature of handheld gaming.
