Assuming he keeps his Legends personality on SoTN , Maria fits his "blonde action girl" type.
Nocturne of Recollection mentions them living together which leaves a lot to the imagination (so, not virgin?), but at the same time mentions him being cold and distant with her (so, virgin?), and also has him supposedly drinking blood from various village girls (at this point he is just teasing Maria).

I think we found the biggest and most important Castlevania mistery here. Now we need to convince IGA to give us an answer before it drives us crazy

By the traditional sense I think most in the CV world would consider Alucard hot as balls whether he is in his Alucard form or even his Genya Arikado one, that plus the dark and mysterious vibe he gives off must attract scores of ladies most notably woman like Maria and Yoko both of which are hot and blonde, If Alucard WANTED to get laid he honestly could but given how much he hates his bloodline I guess he just does not want to take the risk of getting someone pregnant.
