Citra got an update, so playing everything I missed on the 3DS...
Shame since I feel that the Zelda 64 remakes would have been right at home on the Wii-U, talk about easy money...

Ehm... recently I bounced between Dark Souls 3, FFIV DS, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Breath of the Wild, and Super Mario Odyssey.  I've had a short attention span of late. XD
.
I might play The Binding of Isaac again soon, as it just got updated.  Maybe also Nier: Automata.  I haven't played Darkest Dungeon in a while, so I might try that again as that game has some good mod support.

I’ve started Rogue Legacy recently and it is quite awesome and addicting.

Or they could do the smart thing:
- Use BOTW's engine
- Make URA Zelda an open world game
- Add in a canon "Game Over" to incorporate the Hero is Defeated Timeline
- Satisfy existing fans and newcomers alike

Imagine BOTW but with OOT Bosses.. Calamity Ganon was pretty much the closest thing we had (in that he incorporated Gohma's wall climbing and had a distinct pattern). I'm not saying BOTW bosses were bad by any stretch, in fact I loved Thunderblight and Calamity Ganon, but yes, OOT bosses never hurt.

The other smart thing would be to fix the breakable weapons. I can understand them breaking if it was only the wood weapons and the rusted blades residing about. But not new ones OR the Master sword for that matter (well it doesn't actually break but it does lose its power and you have to wait a while before using it again  :P). I just hope the next Zelda title doesn't have breakable weapons in it.

Could be worse, They could do like Fallout 4 where you have means to repair and upkeep weapons, but it does away with the entire breakable weapon mechanic.

I must be the only player who liked the breakable weapons component. A mate of mine hated it as well, and apparently a lot of people didn't like the 'slip' factor when climbing in the rain.

Bare in mind that shields have broken since OOT, with the wooden shield being able to be burned. It's only that Zelda was always an items-focused game and never considered the reality that other items can break too.

Playing BOTW: I've completed 104 Shrines and the Champion's Ballad DLC. (I've had a crack at the Master Sword DLC a few weeks ago but didn't complete it.) I have to say that the actual "Shrine" of Resurrection was pretty good.

I haven't finished either one, but I did get all the shrines.
I'm kinda waiting for the Playable Zelda mod to be finished before I go back to it.
On the other hand the Linkle mod was just recently released too, but I think I might save that one for when I restart on hard mode.

I have it on ps4, almost made it platinum. It has a very nice story, cool battles and an awesome soundtrack. One of the best games i played on ps4 and of the ys series.

Wasn't there 100 shrines initially prior to the DLC?

I know I have 36/42 Shrine quests complete so there's at least 110 in total.
I thought the extra shrines in the Champions Ballad would add to the final count but it doesn't look as if they do.

Replaying Resident Evil 7 for all the files and Mr. Everwheres.

Also slowly playing through FF XIII for the first time. I love the menu design and can appreciate the infinite hallway gameplay but can’t really get into the characters.
