Mine is from Akumajo Dracula X68000. I just love the guitar synth in the second part! :D If only I could get a hold of the original MIDI.
Castlevania Chronicles OST - 29 Bloody Tears (Original Ver.) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2rIyi_G2x0#)
The runner up for me is the one from Odi et Amo for the harpsichord.

Uh, the Simon's Quest version, actually. I feel like none of the other versions I've heard have hit all the notes quite the way I like *is super picky* but I'm no musician so I don't have the vocabulary to explain exactly why.
Oh, and this is probably my favorite fan version:
Castlevania - Bloody Tears Acapella (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AFqYeXKK3I#)
-
Mine's the Castlevania Chrinicles remake version which I find suits the stage just brilliantly.
Castlevania Chronicles OST - 09 Bloody Tears (Arrange Ver.) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtR94bqABzk#)
-
I like all of them, so I'll toss 2 random ones that I feel that are different, not better or worse.
Legends:
Castlevania Legends OST - Track 04 - Bloody Tears (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rgt7svh5RQ8#)
Bloody Tears - Stage 1 - Graveyard - Castlevania Legends (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8cRXFYw4PFM#)
SOTN Boss version:
Castlevania Symphony of the Night-Bloody Tears (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgkxSkF7QOU#)
Now about fan remix, I would choose one of the most different takes in this music, its really like a music from a movie:
Castlevania Bloody Tears S.S.H (Remix) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGEVgU3hmC8#)
Bloody Tears is one of my favorite musics, its really difficult to choose only 1 or 2.
I have planned in the past to use this S.S.H. remix in a game if I would create one, but the intro of this music would be obviously used in a cutscene.

You guys should hear the new version of Bloody Tears I composed for The Rise. I tried to keep the sound like a 16-bit era game. It turned out really cool!

Im interested in this.

Upload it so we can groove!

I'll just put up abit all at once in one video
Castlevania Music: BLOODY TEARS COLLECTION (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FshGL3nYpIQ#)
I do love the scIV version it sounds just too awesome and strong.

Castlevania - Bloody Tears (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MM_Q0nfaG0#)
Now it is embedded ;)

No mention of SCIV Bloody Tears? That one has got to be my absolute favorite.

Even though it's not quite finished and needs a bit of work...

Rondo of Blood
Simon's Quest
Legends
Those are my favorites and in order, too. I find the Super Castlevania IV one a little dry and bland and the Chronicles Arrange one overstated and excessive. Both work well for their respective soundtracks, however.
