I'm thinking about starting a movement for Akumajou Dracula: The Arcade to see an North American release for any of Nintendo Wii, PlayStation Move or Kinect.

Good idea? No?

I added console-specific choices as well as multi-platform choices to see what you all think it would be good on.

I personally think it'd be good on any of the three, and that Kinect and Move need more attention since they got near to no good games (IMO).

Should be on wii and move so more people can play it. It would likely start out on wii and then get an "HD" release on move. That seems to be the trend these days  ;).

I would support this for Wii but sadly it's nearing its end, what with Wii U being developed and all. And I have no idea how the game will work on X360's Kinect so maybe PS3's Move would be the best option, and even then I'm still not sure.

It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

Multi-plateform for me...and it looks like everybody else voted that option too. having this game on more then one system will reach a much broader audience then just sticking it on a single console.

I think people keep suggesting the Wii first because they don't wanna pay for a PS Move or Kinect, even though the game is much more suited for PS3 & 360. I'd much rather play it on an HD console anyway.

If they released it for both consoles & snubbed the Wii, I would not be sad!

I think the best idea would be to just ask for a console version, not specifying which. Of course you could mention wii, move and kinect just because it would most likely end up on one of them, but demanding the game on a specific console is really not the best idea. It would be up to Konami. Let's just tell them that we want the game on a console and see what happens! I think it's an excellent idea.

A new movement, yay!, Can't wait 'til we're insulting Konami for not letting us make our desires come true in a brand that is not ours, and then call anyone who's oppossed to us a hater and untrue fan!

jk  :P

I think the PSMove culd be great, it's been a recent explosion of lightgun games hitting PSN (RE -Both chronicles- House of Dead, Dead Space) Make it happen Konami!

Everything comes full circle

Alright, multi-platform seems the way to go.

As for starting up a movement, I'd obviously need help with that. Never actually started one on my own.

...Any takers?

I voted multi-console as it would be be more profitable, and the consumer won't have to buy a system they don't own for a game that is exclusive to it. Anyway, I'd really like to see what this game is like, because it does look interesting unlike a certain slot machine title. I wish Konami would consider bringing this game to the U.S. because any Castlevania that isn't a copypasta fest would surely suffice.

went for other as i'd want to see it on the new Wii system for the graphics.  not really sure if the new wii thing will be able to use a motion controller that's also a stick, but that's where i'd want it.  since the arcade version involved swinging a physical object about, i'd prefer to actually be swinging something, rather than being recorded moving around.

I have no interest in playing that game, myself. It just doesn't seem intriguing to me.

I'm curious to play it, especially if it offers any of the fun that Dead Space: Extraction offered me.
How not to be a dark lord: the answer to that is a terribly interesting answer that involves an almost Jedi-like adherence to keeping oneself under control and finding ways to be true to yourself in a way that doesn't encourage the worst parts of you to become dangerously exaggerated and instead feeds your better nature. Also, protip: don't fuck with Alchemy or strike up any deals with ancient Japanese Shinigami gods no matter how tempting the deal or how suavely dressed the Shinigami is.
