Thanx, but I already beat him about a month ago at somewhere near level 40. Problem was I was depending too much on the summoning thing, which I suck at, so an idiot could've solved my problem, and I did! ;D

Curse of Darkness
Winnar.

Also Harmony of Dissonance.

And to a lesser extent LoI, DXC, DoS, PoR.

Generally the fact that pathetic game designer IGA has taken the series hostage to fulfil his limited, unimaginative, illiterate, lazy, destructive 'vision' to the series.

Konami, please give the series to absolutely ANYONE else. They can't possibly produce something worse then CoD, and it may kick off some actual creativity in the series again.

I agree, how can you seriously say that recent CV's dont have creativity? Look at the circus portraits of PoR. Not only that, but look at entering portraits in general! To say that any of the recent CV's weren't creative is a lousy excuse for the fact that you just don't like IGA.

Entering the portraits is the same idea as entering the teleporters in loi's hub. The stuff in the circus (walking on walls/ceiling) was already done in bloodlines.

I don't know, I mean, I enjoyed DoS, LoI, and PoR. I just don't think they lived up to many of the games that preceded them. (Won't say anything about DXC, since I don't actually own it yet).
Everyone who's read at least some of my posts should know of my general distaste for CoD by now...I will say, though, that there are worse CV titles out there.

I concur, Death was always what I looked forward to in castlevania games, he was always a badass... Honorable punkass mentioning goes to Castlevania 2, you don't really even have to fight him... Dracula in Simons quest looked more like Death, I think he even threw sickles too.

Yeah, and what the hell was that Hot wheels thing he turned into in SoTN? it was like a Metal shrimp with a bear head.

Megaman 8 bit games are easy man, alls you do is just take out the easiest guy first and then go after the other bosses and use their weaknesses against them. Although I prefer just blowing them all away with the Plasmacannon.

Portrait of Ruin has to be it, as there is so much in that game that made me so sad.  :'(

1. The Storyline.  Or rather, how the storyline was presented.  The 'anime' fashion in which it was told killed what could have been pretty dramatic and deep. (The little bit in sister's mode could have just been presented in a flashback or something during the game.)

2. The bosses where too easy, though I still love the final boss. (Until anime witch #49 said something about how their team work was great however, failed in their attempts.  Everytime she spoke, I wanted her to die.)

3. Good lord, I hated the artwork. (And I actually like anime if done well.)

4. The rooms kinda got boring and the second set of portraits where a let down.  Kinda felt ripped off.

5. I liked the idea of switching between to characters and such but I felt like it could have been put to better use in the game than it was.

I was suppose to say something profound here. I don't 'do' profound so much as ramble so...whatever. Here lies text. Congratulations for reading it.  You were as bored as I am. Seriously, stop reading, you can't be that bored.  Still here? Really?  You officially are my new favorite person and now are owed one internet cookie. Don't eat it though, it gives you bad gas.

Going on this forum, and seeing that more people bash CV than praise it.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow sucks
DmC: Devil may Cry is the equivalent of trailer trash
