Now this just makes me mad. There were space marines decades before Games Workshop came on the scene. It's silly they even got a trademark on the term when pertaining specifically to games considering Doomguy and Master Chief.

I had no idea that the term 'Space Marine' was out of the 1930s! First time I ever heard of it was from 'Aliens'. I agree wholeheartedly that this nonsense of suing someone because they're using a term that's not copyright is stupid as shit. What happens if someday we actually have space marines? Will the game companies try to sue the pants off the military for using it? It's nothing more then a spoiled little child abusing his/her rights because they think they can. And I think it's pretty clear that the makers of Warhammer dropped out of school before they could learn this important lesson. Bend them over and whip 'em good with a meter stick I say!
