Assist me to find if those items are fake

Hello everyone!
My DS lite broke and found a new one used. I ordered it from my country and there are photos of the items.
I have doubts. The DS Lite looks authentic. It uses triwing screws and the text and code on the back loot authentic. However the games that come with it. The 2 pokemon boxes look very real BUT I have this bad feeling because I cant see the WiFi logo on the box art in the top left corner. They should have it.
I made a search BUT I did not found even one that does not have this logo. Even the fakes from China have that blue logo. Are those faker that the fakest fake?!?
Also I see that the console is US one. Any Americans that could confirm the authenticity of the console at least?
The console is not with me so I cant look at it in person.
I just need some experienced people to analyse the photos

Any information is appreciated!!!

Check the rear of the carts for the embossed Nintendo insignia. Also the teeth may look more dull and you may lose save data over time if the teeth are brass rather than gold(?) which is what the official ones use, as far as I know.

I haven't heard of fake DS lites, they'd more than likely be refurbs of older ones.

So all those pictures of people angry about fakes are badly refurbished DS lites?

No idea about those instances. Anything is possible, but it could be a mixture of both, since the DS is very specific technology. I'm speaking based on my own experience of buying a refurb console from China. It didn't seem "fake" to me.

So where is the seller located?

EDIT: Never mind, I reread your post, and I was just trying to determine whether or not the seller was from China. I steer clear of Chinese sellers on ebay, unless it's something that's not being presented as an officially licensed product (some neon signs I purchased in the past come to mind).

It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but instead it's Who Wants Fried Chicken? I do.

It is from a seller in my country. :)

It turned out that the Games were faker than Nicki Minaj's ass. Also that metallic rose colour looks so pink in person than on the photos.

I ended up purchasing Black DS lite from ebay from a trusted seller with case and original box :) The old one will be remembered!!!
