Ooo..so thats whats its supposed to be.

Jop -- Even colored (at least colored the way it is) it still seems a little confusing.  I don't know much about spriting yet, but I wonder if you could do something similar to the original coloring, but do a different monochrome-color-scheme for each legend?  I think the monochrome was fine except the whole image seemed to blend together...so maybe dark shades of gray for one, purple for another, etc.?  Again, I don't know, and this is all a post-judgment judgment that wasn't asked for so...sorry!  Just my two cents.

Finally adding my picks!

"Save Statue of Death" is my pick for No.1.  Great job! Love the wings details.
Second pick is "Flameballs of Doom"
Third pick is "Limestone Dragon".

I really wanted to pick the Mermaid for its purple lighting, but the five candles of the limestone dragon beat me to it.

Great job on getting the lighting effects down, all of you guys.

I really don't have much critiquing to say as all of these entries are really great work.

Yeah i have to have to say..their were many awesome concept designs!And i agree the lighting you guys had on some of these awesome candle designs seemed damn near flawless too. Awesome job guys!
