Jesus. Sounds like a theme for some twisted dark Musthroom kingdom with everyone dead and a desperate Mario needs to face Bowser in one final bloody duel..

Not something I'd expect to hear in an SMB game.

It's actually quite good.
They should have used this track for the Mushroomy Kingdom stage in SSBB instead of the crappy one they used in the World 1-1 version of the Mushroomy Kingdom.

The stage's purpose was to make look as if the kingdom was battle ravaged and left in ruins or something like that.
The BGM in the video WOULD'VE GONE PERFECT WITH IT.
