That game is really good, and really hard. (To get S ranks)
I have 3 or 4 levels left to S rank, not counting the ex. missions. I also have Second Opinion for the wii, which is also good. Another one is coming out on the wii and it is 2 players. Atlus makes some great games.

Trauma Center easily gets boring.  At first it's fun to play but then you do the same monotonous crap repeatedly.
