I'm hoping we can work it out so it will note who requested each song as well.

so we do something to unlock them and we can hear them as well playing or a sotn kinda playlist? just wondering how it'll work

The plan now is that the music box music will play in your pause screen menu. 

Basically in your pause screen you have your stats and items menu. Before you get the music box, there will be a default song that plays for the pause menu.

To keep that from getting repetitive, you will eventually get the music box. With the music box you will be able to set which song plays when you pause the game or set it to randomly select a song from your library. You will be able to collect songs throughout the game to add to your collection for the music box. Part of the fun will be searching for all of the "easter egg" music box discs.

The music box is only intended to be a fun extra feature, and perhaps a way to add some replay value to the game if you wish to go back and search for all of the music box discs. It will not have anything to do with beating the game or progressing through it.

Anyways, this is how we are hoping to have it work.

This idea is still in the works. But I want to get the song list completed as soon as possible!

The change pause menu music idea is great! Though I LOVE the default pause menu music that was shown in the preview video to my heart and that tune is a real masterpiece

I have something else that I might change the default pause music to. It's a little more simple but makes sense.

The one in the preview you're referring to is a song called "Choices". I might set that one to be the music in a shop. I really like that piece too! You don't get to hear the whole thing in the preview. I wrote it during a stressful time at work and it helped calm my nerves at the time.

It's fun listening through all the music I've made for the OST and remembering different things I had going on at those times and how that influenced the song writing. Music has the power to illuminate the soul!

Well, if I can make a suggestion, I want "After Confession - Dark Chapel" from Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow!! but i was thinking if this could sounds "serious" like this one:

I aways liked this Jorge's remix more, because the original sounds so...mocky..

-- Tower of Ruin Theme (There are a handful of variations of it too, played throughout the castle and on the main menu screen.)

-- Sinking Old Sanctuary (LoD version is my favorite I think, but I really like each version of it)

-- Wicked Child

-- Renon's Theme

I'd love to see any or all of these added!
