twat thing..... Well, given the choice I do happen to prefer 'twat' over 'cunt.' But that's only because cunt is associated with so many more derogatory statements. It sounds really insulting. Twat to me sounds dirty (the unclean infected vag mentioned on the last page), but in a way that sounds funny. - In a cruel sort of way.
Case and point: People say that Sarah Silverman is controversial. Please, the only thing controversial about her is what stinks more. - Her comedy or her twat.
