MIDI files can be used for the Dungeon's Music Competition. To use a MIDI file, click and drag it into your DAW (music software). Don't forget to credit the author if you plan to use one (or at least, don't steal someone else's work). Enjoy.

I have MIDI rips straight from all three DS games (thereby the ones VGMusic doesn't have), if you think those would have any use.

Please post them. :)

Most of my earlier CV MIDI entries are on VGMusic.com
My later entries aren't, though.

Alright. It'll take me a little while, as the files are all alphanumeric. I'll have to go in and name them properly before I post them.
-
If any of you have more midi files please don't hesitate to post them here.
Thank you Chern for making this post.
And... setting this to sticky so that it won't get lost once more threads for contests appear.

I'll edit my post if anyone shares good links. :)

Yeah, I think I'm just gonna name the MIDI rips correctly and upload them. Changing all the instruments is gonna take weeks, and neither I nor the contests have that kind of time. Besides, the layouts are pretty clear to make out (the drum channels are - thankfully - all mapped to GM notes, the channels meant to be strings are fairly obvious, etc.).

I think simply having the notes will be enough for now. If you want to remap all instruments, feel free to do so, but I don't think it's necessary. Especially for the DS games!

No news on the DS MIDI files, D9? Would be awesome to have them all.

DoS is the only set I have named out at present. Portait's are weird. I know Ecclesia's are fine, I just have to figure out what's up with Portrait's.

OK, no problem. You can just upload them here now, I think we can figure which track they are. :)

Wow, I just realized I was a huge fan of Jorge long before my dungeon days, this was my site back in the day
