yea just read on that..... I still don't want it really. I'm guessing this is just another attempt to keep ps3 price up. I mean, I know people'll buy it, lots of MGS fans (I included) around.

And its a good idea, but screw them and their non BC.

MGS4 is the only reason I'm getting a PS3 for now, so I'm happy for the bundle

It does look awesome and I was going to get it, but if you preorder MGS4 you get Metal Gear Saga Vol. 2. The first Metal Gear Saga  DVD was all about the games history, it had some other things. It's really cool if you're a big MG fan (like me!). Anywho, while it's a nice package, I really want preorder stuff, so maybe I'll get both the trade back one of the game copies or something.

Oh, and also, if you have a PS3 and Preorder MGS4 you get the beta for MGO in April.
What a horrible night to have a curse!

I went to get an 80gig and they aren't shipping anymore. All they had was 40 so I said fuck it. All the places I went to kept mentioning a 120gig that is supposed to come out soon and that is why they aren't getting any more. I saw the MGS4 bundle before I went to those places so I got confused. Guess I'll wait.

Nowadays you are either a graphics whore or a fanboy. BR is Shank not CV. It is ridiculous to think that it is better than CV. If it was CV then it would be what RE4 is to Resi, a series killer. Dumb it down and make it look pretty. Enough idiots will buy it.

Sony just wants to release a higher priced console to make more moneh, most likely...which is kinda redundant, since the system is selling at a higher rate than the 360 isinternationally (and I favor 360 atm, so don't kill me).

They're putting out MGS4 with the 80gb ps3 probably because they can afford to pack in a game without taking a loss from the sku, as Motorstorm was packed in previously.  Also might have something to do with the 80gb version having backwards compatibility with all 3 metal gear solid games.

That 120gb sku rumor has been around since last year.  It'll probably show up at some point but it isn't even necessary as it's not expensive to replace the drive in the ps3 with a 120gb or bigger drive.

A man in tight rubber/spandex/rubber/etc. is not something I have on the front of my game boxes, at least not thus far.

Although there's a small picture of MGS somewhere on my PSX box, I'm sure.
