Title: Lego Castlevania
Post by: CVfan13 on November 06, 2007, 05:22:56 PM
Aside from being a Castlevania fan, I am also a long time fan of Lego, so I decided to make some of my favorite characters out Legos. It took a lot of customization, but I think they look pretty good. Here's the link:

Sorry for some of the blurry images, my camera doesn't work that well.

Umm...unfortunatley the folder is not yet public so...I guess you'll have to wait...maybe 'til tomorrow? I don't know, Brickshelf annoys me sometimes.....sorry about this.

Yeah, you're right. Hey, just out of curiosity if they did make castlevania legos, which game would you guys prefer to have them based on? I think maybe Drac's Curse or CoD.

Not a bad idea. Maybe they could make a set based on each level/area of the games.

freak'n awsome idea!  I've got a ton of lego's just piled in my room that I haven't touched in about 8 years.  Though I doubt I'd have the time to really mess with them any time soon.

You musta never played lego starwars then. Its not about low poly graphics its about how they KNOW everything is made of legos and you can use the force to put broken piles of legos together to make things and interact with. Its not some super serious game that just happens to be made of legos. Its fun and campy and very light hearted.

so it'd make castlevania into a heavy puzzler game, to find peaices to make stairs, door parts, clock gears etc, lol you could even find peices to build additional bosses

And here I was expecting like a Lego version of Castlevania (the castle) it self!  Oh well, characters are still cool and tough to do.  Look pretty snazzy, too bad about the fuzzy and borderline horrible image quality. =\

Really? Yeah, I thought he was good, but to me, I thought Trevor lookedthe best. If I'd taken a pic from behind, then you would have seen the back of his coat that I drew the cross and flames on. It looked JUST like him in CoD.

Actually, about that castle idea, I recently built some small vignettes dipicting some scenes I liked. They are: Ricter Vs. Alucard from SotN, the opening prolouge thingy in CotM where Camilla reserrects Dracula, and Soma Vs. Graham from AoS. I'l be posting pics soon, and I hope to eventually build and accurate model of Simon's classi and famous adventure into Castlevania.
