We're getting retranslated X5 boss names in X Challenge. Dunno about the actual X5 port itself though, but I'm kinda hoping the more egregious mistranslations get fixed if this is any indication.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

So it's launched...  anybody know if X6 will receive fix to make it capable to fight LV4 Zero Nightmare or not?

EDIT: OH MY GOD

I watched some videos and they actually recorded fresh new tracks for X6 opening theme

I'm a bit upset that command mission wasn't included in either X Collection.  >:(

I just picked up the MMX legacy collection today. I thought it was going to be a separate release like they did with the MMLC, but upon opening the box it was both discs in one pack. But I do agree that both the gameboy titles Xtreme 1&2, Command missions, and Maverick Hunter X should have been included.

7 frames of input lag across all platforms.

I did notice that when playing the first title. Fortunately it was minuscule enough that I had no trouble. It still played pretty much as I remember it on the SNES, except for one part; In Sting Chameleon's stage. There is a segment where you can get your armour upgrade, however the amount of choppy screen action was very noticeable there.

Totally intentional, except it totally wasn't.let's see who gets the joke here :v

Never mind, they did NOT fix this oversight in X Legacy Collection ver.

But I have a crush on the new X6 opening music...

I miss the original kawaiiloljrock X6 music I used for the early drafts of ParoVadius.  :[

Either Shoutaru Morikubo wasn't interested in getting paid or CACPOM didn't want to pay 'em.

Similar went down when KOMANI changed music in Parodius Portable.  The ways these people lie to your face while selling shit, grumblegrumble.  :\

Gave up on hard challenge. Hard Vol.2 6-3 is simply Inhuman. Or they scrapped a hidden expert mode and misplaced regular modes' settings with expert mode's setting? The whole hard challenge thing should be rebalanced. It's not average player that sucks. It's the designers that fucked up the whole thing. With tight  rebalance it should be awesome.

Fuck this shit

EDIT: Never mind, there're infinity HP cheat engine tables available, and again fuck it, this is the only case I never feel guilty using external cheats in any video game.
Most scenarios at later two stages are amazingly reasonable, it's just this fucking Hard Vol.2 6-3 ruined the whole mode

I feel sad for people keep suffering in this Hell of torture on consoles
