There you go.  Now just to be sure, it's the second ocean theme, the more somber one, not the one from the trailers.

Good to know. I was afraid of that Castle is something like in Simon's Quest.

I'm currently at the some sort of graveyard.

That's something IGA should've done with CoD. I was fearing that OoE would suffer a similar fate(lots of outside areas, but the castle would be considered as just ONE area).

Well, I got Albus down now, did what I had to do and now I'm up to a new fight: are there any special moves that must be used to defeat him? It seems like he won't die until I finish him of one way or another.

Ah, apparantly not. =)

ok, scrap my question, it was just a matter of timing.

dracula is awesome. new sprites, so many new moves etc.

Serio-kun, describe the battle for us! Does he have a second form? Does he have the old fireball-teleport thing? Tell us tell us, I cannot wait :D :D :D

no second form.

he starts the battle from the default teleports, fireballs (but this time he fires a whole lot of them), lavaballs and some sort of energy shower thing (uses rondo dracula second form's green projectiles).

if you're too close he'll swing with his cape upwards to hit you. if you're trying to fly to avoid his moves he'll cause huge ground explosions that'll knock you down.

after you deal enough damage he goes "serious". his pose changes and he starts doing different moves. some of them include:

genocide cutter - dracula kicks kind of like rugal in kof

bat summon - drac shoots a seemingly endless stream of bats

wolf summon - drac summons a bunch of wolves

energy shower - shoots several of the rondo green projectiles, except purple, they start falling on you.

soul steal - dracula dashes forward and disappears, then reappears close to you on the ground and tries to grab you, and if he does he drains a lot of life from you.

flying - dashes forward and disappears, then reappears in the middle of the screen, floating. a while later he'll cause explosions under you. if you try to fly/jump over him after he's done teleporting in he'll use his cape to hit you.

there's probably more, but if you stay in air he'll be only doing the soul steal and flying, and to be honest if you stay on the ground you're dead. :P

once you beat him he starts charging, then few seconds later he makes a massive explosion that envelops the entire screen and instantly kills you (9999 damage per hit, hits multiple times per second etc). it also lasts forever, so you can't wait through it. you have to equip all 3 dominus glyphs and use them with up+attack to finish him off, otherwise you're dead.

Woo, the Shadow Wolf is sadistic and seems at the moment impossible to beat.

Btw.. how does Shanoa fly? Does she have some sort of bird form?

ok, I have a few questions:  How do you all already have the game and beaten it?  Doesn't it just come out today?

By the way, do you get to play as Albus after you beat the game with Shanoa?  What happens to Shanoa at the end anyway?
