Comes out Oct 26th, the same day as Season 2 for the Netflix series.

Honestly, quite baffling this is PS4 exclusive. What the hell Konami.

I honestly need to hear more on what this collection is going to feature, like for instance how the Mega Man X collection added minigame of taking on multiple bossses at once.

Really at this point unless this port is going to include better graphics support for todays monitors and also saturn content I'm not going to get it since I already have the Dracula X Chronicles on my PSP as well as SOTN on Xbox One and I legit am not going to shell out money for yet another port that adds nothing new even though I love these games.

Strange how they're using DXC art, yet you only see footage of the original version.

Obligatory nagging: the logo looks really amateurish.

So it turns out Konami created a new site for Castlevania (the original Japanes site has been replaced). Check out the product page for this collection:

https://www.konami.com/games/castlevania/eu/en/page/history_2018_x_son_rob#menu-top

The screenshots still have those borders from the PSP version.

Also the Japanese version is called "Akumajou Dracula X Selection" instead of "Castlevania: Requiem".

Yea judging by those images there will be no proper widescreen support or any kind of upscale to better fit todays tvs, this is looking more like a cheap cashgrab to me since Konami appears to just be porting over the PSP versions of this games while adding nothing to it at all other than possible trophies, I'm going to pass on this one if thats the case.

Two incredible games for sure, but I think Konami could’ve done something more with this. Those borders, if real, are HUGE. I personally can’t see myself buying these two games again in any shape or form (I’m sooo very done) but I’m still glad they live on and hopefully finds a new audience that will love them as much as I once did.

This is disappointing.  I was really hoping for a big collection of games. At least if this were coming to Switch I would buy it, then I could have them on the go, but for Now I think I’m going to pass
What a horrible night to have a curse!

This looks like an extremely lazy effort on Konami’s part. Honestly they shouldn’t charge more than $20 for this unless there is some new content. I’d probably buy it anyway if Switch also gets a release.

I’ll grab it I guess.  Nice to have SotN and Rondo on a current system I’m playing.

Will someone start a petition to bring this to Switch?

The screenshots still have those borders from the PSP version.

And one of them shows the script formating from the PSP version of SotN, down to Alucard's mirrored head.

It's like they're emulating an emulated game. Very low effort, Jesus. Why not just port the entire DXC game?

The mastermind behind the "Umbra of Sorrow" project. But not the only one.

I hated the new voice acting in the PSP version. Alucard in particular sounds terrible. I’ll stick with the Xbox Live version for now.

Yeah, not having it on the Switch in particular is baffling considering how Castlevania is getting major representation in Smash Bros. That would be perfect promotional material

Konami's also confirmed this is a collaboration project with Sony, so this directly explains why it's of the Playstation Portable port iterations of these games.

Still, how odd.

For more intuitive eyes, perhaps ya'll realized that the new Konami page for the series features key art for Grimoire of Souls?
