Title: This guy as Dracula

You're playing a typical 8-stage Platformvania / 10-hour Metroidvania (your preference) and you're near the end of the game.  You've just beaten Death and you're ready to start up the final staircase to the pinnacle.

The soundtrack becomes ominous.

A row of candles light your way.

You enter the throne room.

Then this guy appears:

Saw it posted on 4chan.  Some troll was trying to start shit by flaming a popular mecha series or something and a bunch of people responded by filling the thread with image macros, that picture being one of them.  It made me think of this place.
