So I decided to give it a try myself, but I had to take smaller steps and start with X68K Simon. Here's what I've got:

So, how did I screw up?
His muscles look awkward, you might want to trim them a bit.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.
^^
You are now reading this in Robert Belgrade's voice.

Then Lords of Shadow 2 just takes a big, semi-solid, smelly, pea-green dump all over everything.

So it turns out that the sprites' differences in shape and shading made them basically incompatible, not to mention one having more outline. As such, I decided to resize mobile Simon, but the head didn't look right so I used X68K Simon's again.

SUPER OMEGA six pixel EDIT: I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hand, so I edited it so that its shading matches Richter's hand.

His legs look like pants. You might want to fix their shaping, especially where it connects to his boots.

Yup. Looks better.

I still think Cellphone-3-Simon's pose looks uncomfortable. Always have.

I went ahead and assembled Serio's HD JB rip.

Oh, and yeah, some frames are out of order, the horizontal slide is based on footage from HD while the diagonal slide is based on Dawn of Sorrow, so I don't know that one needs a ponytail or not.  They should otherwise be assembled correctly.

Nice work. :) But I found out that your Richter may an edited version of your Isaac because they look similar especially the head and hair style (I found out that your CJ Simon are too) ;D Other than that is effect of shader that make his shoulder look sharp. :-X But shader and color look awesome.  :) Keep going.
