Dogs/Panthers (add them so I can vote plz), Medusa Heads atleast can be used to climb at someplaces using double-jumps, they are the 2nd on my list tough because of Dracula X from SNES, I played it as a child and that game must be named MedusaVania, since they have Medusa Heads everywhere.

Come to think of it, they can be a pain when trying to tackle them in SotN with Richter or Maria. I like makin those panthers burn tho!

i think ecclesia had the most intense Frankestein monsters. Medusa heads were rough until u get Rapidos glyph. then they dont even matter

remenbered me of the good times that i spent playing PoR and OoE on HardMode LVL 1 with a fresh file. good times good times ...
about the 'frankstein' i have to disagree the chronicles one is more active and intense than the one in OoE

I don't know what context were using for "intense," but, I mean, The Creature from SotN thought he was a pinball and the one from PoR was a little trigger happy.

Get the zombie summon ability, call it down, fuck about until it starts lurching forward then slowly inch, using it to tank the heads. I've played hard mode TWICE on OoE (and without NG+'ing) and both times it's worked.

My first time playing Albus Mode (these last days) have been in Hard Mode (Lvl 50 limit, since Im not so masochist to try a Lvl 1 run with Albus, atleast not now), I've past Skeleton Cave some hours ago and until now the forest is the most hard part, second one being Skeleton Cave.

My ONLY two gripes with Albus mode (aside from the usual lack of story) are them making you fight yourself in the mine while robbing you of a fight with Barlowe, because damn it I was so looking forward to getting revenge on him with Albus. The other was Albus not being able to shoot fire, lightning and ice from his gun (although Serio fixed that for us)l

Albus couldnt shoot that even as a boss, its a hidden and forgot code dump in the game or only because it would make sense and be cool (and really is cool)?
