Wow, been awhile since I posted anything here. Eh. Not CV related, but VG Related. *shrug*

For printmaking I'ma do a 9x12 of this image. This is just a conceptual sketch/value study. But it turned out so good I had to scan it to keep it before messing with it in printmaking.

I'll scan the etching when that gets done too :D

Hey! A Metroid pic! I've done three of them myself. You have good lighting on both solid objects and the transparent aspects like the creature itself and the glass capsule. :D

My only concern is with they way the Metroid itself looks in terms of overal design. It's too much like Retrostudios' make and the fact is they designed the Metroid in such a way that it's siphoning method wouldn't work cause it can't latch onto any living thing without having a full circumference of teeth at the bottom. This is in no way criticizing your work. It's good work! I'm just not fond of the direction retrostudios took in making the 3-D Metroid. A lot of other people could've done a better job then they have.

I would kill to have a pet Metroid, I'd fly it around on a leash! Except I'd teach it not to eat people!

Looks awesome!
What a horrible night to have a curse!

The tube looks too transparent and flat.  But it's definitely a cool pic.

Looks pretty good.  I think a little harder/darker shading on the top/bottom of the tube assembly would give it more depth.

Aaaagh PEOPLE

I said it's a sketch for a bigger project, for a printmaking! It's not up for critique!! I just liked the sketch and I'm giving you a preview of what it may look like!
