Book/Novel Dracula vs Castlevania Dracula

For those who had noticed, there's actually no way that Castlevania Dracula is the same character described in Bram Stoker's novel yet it's in the Castlevania timeline which actually makes no sense at all.

Especially they're two completely different characters which first of all.

Dracula from the novel got his vampirism from Black Magic and Alchemy from the Scholomance, not what was described in "Lament of Innocence" nor did book Dracula had a wife named "Elizabetha" either which was a Francis Cord Coppla invention.

Also Dracula from the novel is clad in all black and he looks nothing like how we imagine Dracula looking like today. For example Novel Dracula has hairy clawed hands, has blue eyes and his eyes glow inferno red when pissed off or engaging in vampirism, Dracula never wears a cape either and he grows younger when he drinks Blood of course and he has black hair and a black mustache.

Also Novel Dracula's main goal is to take over England/London and dominate the world and ruling humanity like cattle whilst Castlevania's Dracula wants to exterminate humanity into extinction over the death of his wife which albet sounds very irrational that is compared to Novel Dracula's.

So yeah, Novel Dracula and Castlevania Dracula are obviously two completely different characters and I've been wondering if the two met and who would win....

The Dracula from Castlevania is based on the Universal Hammer horror films that were all the rage back in the day. Of course he isn't going to look as described in the novel. Castlevania is a monster mash of classic horror monsters with the King of Vampires leading the pack, and a Conan-esque hero setting out to destroy them. Besides, saying that Stoker's Dracula isn't the same as CV's Dracula, one could also argue that CV's Dracula isn't the same as IGA's version of Dracula.

Well this is true, CV's Dracula is more or less based on Bela Lugosi's Dracula that became ingrained into our pop cultural osmosis of what not only Dracula is but also how Vampires are till this day hence why for one major example majority of vampire media today has them burning in sunlight whilst none of the 19th century literary vampires did which that didn't come until much later with F. W. Murnau's Nosferatu.

Of course even CV Dracula had a different origin before IGA retconned everything hence having the Castlevania as we know of today especially the Netflix series has established that is.

But all and all though, I thought it would be a fun speculation if Dracula from Bram Stoker's Novel came face to face with CV's (well especially Netflix) Dracula and how that would turn out....

Although I do know one thing though that Novel Dracula would most likely would want to become the new "Lord of the Castle" and relocate it in London and claim it as his city while he dominates the world pretty much.

Along with this probably

Dracula did have a stark interest in the city of London for sure. Especially since he was planning on relocating there when the time was right. I'm not sure what would happen if CV's Dracula and novel Dracula met in person. Would they clash? Or join forces...

Well CV's Dracula's "Extinction of Mankind because they killed my wife" maybe at odds with Novel's Dracula who simply wants to rule humanity like cattle and to be subordinate to their Vampire Masters and enthrall any mortal woman he finds attractive to be his new "weird sisters' or "brides" like he did to Lucy and attempted on Mina.

CV Dracula would mop the floor with Novel Dracula, that shouldnt even be a debate

i think it’s also fair to say that IGA + his development team were heavily inspired by the Dracula film from 1992 directed by Francis Ford Coppola
