i love the bosses in c.v1 so this will decide which boss is mast loved.

Wow, what a user friendly newb topic for me to chime into, I'll bite... Stylistically I'd have to go with the good ol' Reaper so that's my vote. But realistically I like the first level Bat boss because he's the least amount of trouble to deal with right from the get go. Nostalgia is a bitch, though, so I honestly like 'em all.
Yikes, Dracula isn't in this poll? Maybe you're focusing on just the classic regular stage bosses, Dracula would be too obvious I guess.

The Creature all the way, because it was it that made me stop playing CV1 for the first time. XD

I'd say Frankenstein/Igor duo. It's very satisfying to whoop them legitimately without holy water cheese.
Now if only I could do the same with Death...

This exactly. It's a fun and challenging fight, and has given me a lot of grief. Beating them WITHOUT holy water spamming feels pretty rewarding.

I voted for 'ol Grimmy. He's easier to best then Frankenstein's Monster and Igor. I always get a kick in the pants from those two :P

Frankenstein's monster and Igor for me, too. The most memorable since I could never beat them as a kid (didn't get to play the game often, but I digress). Heh, I remember looking through guide books and things like that and thinking how awesome and unattainable the last two levels looked since I never was able to reach them at the time. :-X

Since I can't choose Drac, I'll choose Frankie and his humping buddy. The fight offers a nice variety of challenges. The Reaper is challenge with a capital C, The Bat is cool but easy, the mummies isn't hard but inconsistent (can anyone actually beat them without getting hit even once?) and the Medusa head is done pretty quickly, too. Though, I've got to say that Medusa was the first boss in CV that actually kind of freaked me out as a kid.

Yes. Troll them by hiding on top of the block that has meat in it. Duck and whip until dead.

I remember that well but I did have to watch a video on youtube once to know about it. But as far as bosses go I just do not know who to chose at the moment.

Death is the most interesting fight I'd say and therefore my fav. Lots of on the fly tactical movements and dodging. At least as long as you don't cheese it by doing what was done in that gif lul

Same for me. It forced me to learn how to get through level 4 without dying to hold onto that holy water. Killing him just gives you such a great sense of revenge. >:(

I use lvl 3 Crosses....
I use the Axe with a triple shot upgrade and get all in his face like the Tin woodsman.

For me Death is the most fun when using the cross or the axe. Knife is too hard, and as has been shown the holy water is cheap.

Ironically, In Simon's Quest, Killing Death gives you the Golden Knife, which is one of the strongest subweapons of all time.

What's eve more ironic is that the Golden knife only appears in CV2 :P

Death is the most interesting of the fights listed, but I decided to throw my vote in with Giant Bat. He has a lot of personality for just being a bat (albeit a giant one).

That and he comes back to "taunt" the player before he can reach the tower. Those multiple Phantom bats pissed me off during my first playthroughs.

God, I remember the first time I got to that part. I remember saying to myself "WTF!?!" and then running for dear life and of course getting killed after the third phantom bat shows up. Ah those were the days. ^___^

As you can see I FREAKING HATE BATS! they were so hard to dodge on stage six that i had to stop playing for three days.
