Does anyone know the latest releases like in the last 3 years of stuff. lol

I need to make some updates, but i've forgotten where the links to these places are?  Does anyone know where romhacking forums are these days?

Also as a side project i've been working on, I'm fully aware of TOSEC and GOODtools, but what are the database archiving mechanisms for disc based games?

I appreciate any input.
