Found this, thought this was  pretty cool.

Well I must say that I look forward to this more and more. Side from my whip colour thing,  I really, really can't wait for this.

The Design for both Characters and the castle its self, just oozes CV ( well to me they do)
Its nice that there art design really is trying to appeal to Both classic and modern Fans, they really seem to be committed to this project. And I really think its one of the best CV efforts I've seen in a very long time.
 
But one thing does alarm me,  The stake, I mean maybe its just like

"look its stake, see he has all the Vampire killing gear, so watch ya back drac"

But It could say that,

The Whip my not be enough to Kill Dracula ,  So the whip may not be as powerful, or just be a weapon (with no power at all)  he uses to weaken them and then he can finish him off with his (stake)  or sliver dagger, cross.

But yeah we will have to see, and apart from that it looks fantastic

The whip color is like the classic Castlevania cover.

No one has said this show follows canon rules.

The whip is fine.

Everything looks fine to me. But Dracula does look like anime Dave Grohl.

I'm sorry! I just realized you might of been talking about the whip not being chain. I remembered you saying something about the color before bothering you and assumed that applies here.
