The old forum needs to die already

Why the hell hasn't someone in charge nuked the old forum yet? People still occasionally post there, not realizing that the forum has moved. That's a bad thing because if they think that's the real forum then they must also think it's kinda pathetic how little traffic it gets.

It's pretty obvious that the old posts aren't going to get ported, so someone should put that old board out of its misery already. It's like having a pet that died and you are too grief-stricken to bury it, so you let it rot and fester in the living room for a few months.

Now if someone tells me that it's not possible to nuke it, I don't believe it, since a Forum Planet system admin even said it was possible. And if that board stays up forever, nabbing the occasional straggler, it will also keep this board suppressed in Google searches, as that old one still outranks this one.

Come on slack-asses. Fix this shit already.

I agree, close it already! It's still fun to post some random crap there every once in awhile, just cause no one will read it.  :D

Sigh... It's still up and still being posted on. Clueless bastards are still asking for sprite requests.

A month later... It's still there. Still posted on.

Funny, this forum seems to be slower than ever recently, especially in "off topic." Maybe it's a curse. Maybe that curse will be lifted once you guys kill of that sickly, dying shell of a forum over there?

For once I'm glad it was still there, was able to save my Bubble Bobble overview for a 2-D forum, saved me from having to retype it. Too bad I couldn't save my Ghosts N Goblins/Ghouls N Ghosts overview.

For some reason I tried to link this place in one thread, but the board made the link fail.
