What's so scary about it is how accurate Mark Twain was, even to this day. :( :(

The link was fixed, sorry about that.  :-[ :-X

I think that the human race was already flawed.

Before the Agricultural Revolution, Early humans hunted many species of MegaFauna to extinction, forever throwing the Natural Order into a percarious, barely stable state.

Humans are not the masters of this planet, as much as they would like to think otherwise.

Humans are neither good or evil by nature.  In fact, humans are the most impressionable and changeable species on Earth.  If you leave a newborn infant in the wild to the care of other wild animals, it will take on the traits of that animal.  To claim that humans are lower on the evolutionary chain than other animals makes no sense.  It's the upbringing and environment that shapes people into who they are.  An argument can be made that society is heavily flawed, but humans are just as innocent coming into this world as any other animal.  Another difference is that out of all species of animals, humans have the greatest potential bar none for achieving pretty much anything.

But why should the Natural Order have to suffer for Human Ego and arrongence??  >:( >:(

It doesn't.  My post was implying that humans are capable of both extreme evil and extreme good.  Humans can and have lived in harmony with nature.  It's only recently that that's all been thrown horribly out of whack.  That and the people in power (those with the most wealth) largely don't give a damn.

I pretty much agree 100% with this. I think humans innately differ individually though from each other by nature. (mentally that is physical differences are obvious).
