Done.
Ed, Heretic, and Clara are global mods to clear up the clutter.

I don't think we'll have local mods, in order to get around the 'crowding' title issue.

Ah, Ralph is on, too.  Now it's just Elbryan and Bloodreign left.

Has anyone mentioned the posticons (like the little meat fellow in my siggy)? I skimmed through the posts but didn't see those mentioned. I liked them things. :o

Also, is it possible to have an option where I can ALWAYS have smileys turned off by default? Every post I make, I have to (a) click the "Additional Options..." link, and (b) click to not use smileys, and THEN post. Kind of aggravating.
Oh yeah, and also:
meat

Soda as well.

Not really a bug, rather a feature request. Would it be possible to restore the "mark all topics as read" icon for both whole forum and single subforums?

Or ideally, have the new post icons () on the main forum page act as 'mark all as read' upon pressing.

I'm not sure if there is a feature in SMF that can mark *all* topics as read... however, you can mark topics as read for individual forums, just click "Mark Topics as Read" (near the top of the topic listings).

I see. Didn't notice that there. :P

It is possible to have an icon to mark the entire forum as read. The link that is usually "http://www.server.com/forum/index.php?action=markasread;sa=all;sesc=*session*" and on smf forums it's usually located in the bottom right corner, just under the last subforum.

OK, I've added that link to the front page of the message board. Is that OK?

I had set up all the post icons on my test forum, as well as the Active Topics (SERIOUSLY hate the recent posts thing). The  message icons thing is easy, just takes about 10 minutes to set them all up. The Active topics thing is a little more... involved. Might not even be possible with this older version, I really don't know. That would suck, because it was super-useful.

Bringing active topics back might well be possible, but it would need a bit of custom coding. I am happy to try and look into this, but I wouldn't be able to do so until next week (I have quite a few work-things going on at the minute).

This is the one I used.

EDIT:
lol Also - I know we're trying to match the old forums, but you should probably take the "(PST)" out of the Last Post time thing, since we can finally set the time zone.

Compatibility would be an issue. The mod is for 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, while this forum's running on 1.0.5 :P

That's why I wasn't sure if it would work. It makes sense that if you knew what you were doing that you could at least make the topics list without the custom box the guy made.
