MAGFest - Music and Gaming Festival (http://magfest.org)

Just bought my ticket to this.
Wondering if anyone might be going to it.

I was really hoping I could go this year but there's no way I can afford it.

Perhaps I should be ashamed to say I've never heard of it before...but I'd be in the same boat as uzo.  Just ain't got the money right now.

No money, even more if you think about hotel and airport costs.

This'll be my 4th MAG. I'm rooming with one of the bands.

Keep in mind for those wanting to go, the Gaylord hotel is currently sold out for that event. There's another hotel around the corner taking reservations, but that's probably limited also. Things went quick this year.

Haha, Gaylord actually. It's also a title back in England. The word 'Gay' was around long before it was ever affiliated with homosexuality. It really means 'Happy'. Just goes to show you how degraded our society has become when words will mean anything now.

It's nothing new. Words have changed meanings throughout history. For example "nice" originally meant what we now would call "mentally handicap".
