Topic: Does Dracula In LoS 2 Rule The World?

Pretty much what the thread title says.  I don't know much about what the plot for LoS2 is going to be but I was curious if Dracula rules the modern world at this point or if he's pretty much just considered a myth, nobody knowing he even still exists?
