You guys may as well have the plot twist re-create all of the past awards as well if he is willing to.

None of them really look like awards compared to his golden bat. In fact, a lot of the entries that lost to the plot twist look more like awards than some of the pre-existing ones. For example the music fanatic award. They're just cropped sprites of characters, not really award looking at all.

The whole thing should be overhauled for consistency IMO.

Which also brings me to say that entries that Uzo said don't look like awards, such as Kaonstantines, actually match what has been used for awards on this forum so far (cropped images of characters) more than the winning entry. Kao was probably just trying to match the look of what is already being used.

I thought about that before, and just wanted to mention it now while we're on the topic of the awards.
I hope I'm not coming off as bitchy or annoying.

Oh, something I noticed: You labeled the thread "1st Annual". I'm not sure if you're aware but that means the contest is only held once a year, and that this is the first of them.

No offense, but no.
The "Contest" awards should resemble real awards, like the Grammys or Golden Globes or whatever.

The current 'awards' are awards in name only, with no true competition placed behind them, and were also created mostly by fans early on.  They are superfluous and should be entirely different than contest awards.  In fact, in the Awards plugin for the board, I have them into different categories for that same reason.  Some are just 'for fun', while these last few competition-based ones have been 'for glory'.

Just a reminder 12 days remaining for the contest before judgement begins.

Does anyone have any updates to show?

You guys should be pretty far at this point.

Almost ready to call this finished.
Anybody know of a way I can put this up to view in 3D so that a person could rotate it and check it out from all angles?

It's a bit of a downgrade from my last update but here is my final submission.
