THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 3D - Official Trailer - In Theaters July 3rd (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tnxzJ0SSOw#ws)
Another reboot, but damn it looks like it got "The Dark Knight" treatment!

The first few teasers/ promo images made the film look like a rather bad inexplicable angsty emo-fest. But this trailer actually has me very interested. Spidierman is actually as funny as he was in the comics/ 90's animated series, and seems to carry that spirit quite well.
It's not like it can get any worse than Spiderman 3.

I agree the humor was sadly missing from the last trilogy, they got it down perfect in the games, but it should have been in the films too. As for this new one, The only thing I can complain about so far is them changing the design of the suit. Seems pointless to have done so. The Lizard looks pretty well done. If this one spawns a trilogy too and the do Venom again I hope he's closer to the comic book version.

I like the suit redesign. Looks nifty.

I wonder how much of this adaptation is going to be based off the Ultimate comic line of Spiderman. Regardless, I will be heading to this when it hits, as I have always been a Spider-fan since I first picked up my brother's back-issues at age 5.

That's the second trailer for the movie that i see. Well, it has many effects and action, but still i'll wait for the movie to get release, before i say my opinion about the reboot. The spider-man 3, was a really big disappointment, so i have high expectations for the reboot and also, about the new suit design the only thing i don't like, is the eyes design. It's like wearing sunglasses.

Personally, I think Spidey 3 had some VERY cool fighting scenes, some of the best I've seen in a movie of this type, but the plot was all over the place. And, although I felt weird at the time in the theater, I now recall that dance scene fondly as one of those WTF moments in movies. There must be a gif of dancing movie spidey somewhere out there, I'm sure.
As for this one, I just hope that Denis Leary turns out to be the Green Goblin at the end of the movie.
Peter's a regular boy genius though, having made that quality spidey suit, the web shooters and all... And the lizard is pretty cool too.

That would be wierd since Norman Osborne is supposed to be the first Goblin. And I'm pretty sure Leary isn't playing that role.

That is just like the original comic and I'm all for that.

The Symbiote suit in Spiderman 3 was such a disappointment... It was just a recolor of the regular suit.

This. 1000%

I was just kidding man 8). Denis Leary is a stand up comedian and that's why I made the joke.

Yes, but, if they're going to change some things to make it more realistic or better suited to a new movie then something like that really stands out.
But so far, it looks good.

Fortunately, the new redesign gives a hint of a BADASS symbiote suit down the line.

Spider-man needs a comb.
Also, movie looks shit. Why they even let Hollywood keep making these shitty movies is beyond me. Shut down Hollywood until they remove their heads from out of their assholes.

U mad, bro?
Actually, it looks closer to the original comics than any of the previous films, although that seems to be because Raimi pulled most of his material from the Ultimate universe for his trilogy (WHYYYYYYYY?!). This one seems to draw from the original timeline though, but with a slightly darker look.
I will give my tentative approval, to be revised upon actually seeing the film.

U mad, bro?
Clearly.
