I've played every castlevania game that has been released here in the U.S. I've played every gradius game there is and beaten kid dracula.

What else can I do to wait?

You could play Fire n ice its one of the best puzzle game I ever played and it will at least occupy you for a couple of days (unless you suck at puzzle games)Or if you dont like puzzle you could play Demon crest and the two gargoyle quest.

How about go outside and enjoy the wonderful fall leaves changing color or ride a bicycle or just go for a walk? Not everything has to surround playing video games. Take a break from it once in a while. It's nice to enjoy the simpler things in life sometimes. ;)

Also, I think this is more off topic than Castlevania related. You do mention playing every Castlevania game, but I think you're asking what to do next to stave off boredom in a more general sense. I'm moving the topic to the "Off Topic" section. Enjoy! :)
