Though you said Metal Gear 2 dude, I said METAL GEAR SOLID (the post 1998 series :P), Mind you I have great respect for the MSX MG games and I'm not trying to be a dick, I was refering to the bond esq Snake eater intro, or the more tv series style opening of Sons of liberty.

I kinda wish that kojima would remake the 2 original Metal Gears (MSX not the nintendo bastardizations) with the modern engine and graphics, and show it the attention it needs to make these perfect, mind you I love the originals and they are fun to play from time to time, but with the fact that he has updated everything else in the series at one point or another, why not these 2 games metal gear turns 25 soo if I'm not mistaken might be a good time to do it too :)

I just picked the very first link that came up.  I did not really hear that it's an old video with incorrect sound sampling.
However, way to throw a hissy fit about it, wow.
Regardless, there's a better link under it so nothing of value was lost, I suppose.

intro was great, no offense to you either, its just a point of why people use an emulator that screws up the sound really badly.

It's an old video, I'd imagine.
The newer emu versions don't make that sound for sound effects.
