On topic, I'd have to say:

Silent Hill-The only games other than Fatal Frame that really creep me out and I love it!

Street Fighter-The King of all fighting games IMO

Devil May Cry-Just plain badass. I even like the 2nd one.

I also have a love of Warcraft III.

I have a lot of game series I like, but if I had to pick just one that is my favorite, it'd be Resident Evil.
