Oh yes totally agree with that Shining Force 3 with all 3 scenarios.
Way back in 2004 or was it 2005, I was anticipating the release of the new Shining Force Neo game to come out and to my great displeasure it turned out be another mediocre hack 'n' slash dungeon crawler much like Shining Tears or those GBA Shining Soul titles.
It might be in Sega's interest to outsource development to Camelot Software and let them handle the development of a new Shining Force title. I mean it was Camelot / Climax that did the development for Shining Force 1, CD, 2, and the three Scenarios of Shining Force 3, also several miscellaneous Shining titles such as Shining in the Darkness, Shining Wisdom, Shining the Holy Ark.
This was at a time when Camelot was known as Sonic! Software Planning and the former Climax Entertainment is now called Matrix Software which are responsible for developing the Alundra series (which you can see it's influence in character designs, text boxes, and gameplay is reminiscent of earlier Camelot / Climax developed titles such as Landstalker for instance.
Still I think they still have a partnership with Nintendo for the Golden Sun series. Another thing I find very, very interesting is that Camelot's Takahashi Brothers have also recently contemplated developing a title in the Breath of Fire series for Capcom, which is something I think I would certainly like to see if it does ever happen.
